Healthy Homemade Chocolate Cream


Did your read the integrents of your favorite chocolate cream?
Just the fact that they all come out from the production of vegetable margarine and cheese whey that the plants killed if released into the environment . 5-8 % of cocoa (not the chocolate) . And also soy lecithin to combine water and the oil. It’s a nightmare .

Nutella is one of the most dreaded items on this subject , ” chocolate ” cocoa bean oil is an expensive ingredient, Nutella almost all made by the palm oil that the palm trees obtained by tightening of the body consisting of palm oil . So when you put in the closet, it will getting like stone . This is the reason of writing on  ” do not put in the closet ”


Anyway, I have a child and I don’t want to but these things. Than I read the history of real chocolate creams. Basically all creams made by chocolate, a vegetable oil to smoothing and sugar. I choose sesame seed paste (tahini) as oil and honey as sugar.

200 grams Milk Chocolate Couverture ( mass) .
200 grams tahini .
2 tablespoons honey


Melt Couverture chocolate in the microwave for 2 minutes or by the method of double boil,
Stir for 2-3 minutes , add sesame oil and honey ,
Put in the closet for cooling and hardening .

for Cream with hazelnut

use hazelnut oil and crushed hazelnut as oil.

It’s healthy as possible and better taste.
